The basics
Is Promo Game UK real-money gambling?
No — and it never will be. Promo Game UK is a social casino. Every credit on the screen is fictional. We don't take deposits, don't run wagers and don't hand out cash prizes.
Do I need to register or download anything?
Neither. Open the Play page in any modern browser and start spinning. Your progress is saved locally on your device.
Can I lose real money?
Never. There is no payment system anywhere on the site — not even an optional one. If anyone ever claims to take payment "on behalf of Promo Game UK", it's a scam. Please report it to us.
Playing & progress
How do I top up credits?
On the Play page, tap the "+1000 Credits" button. It's free, instant and unlimited.
Why did my progress disappear?
Progress is stored in your browser's local storage. It can be wiped if you clear browser data, switch devices or use private/incognito mode. We're working on optional cloud save in a future update.
How does the leaderboard work?
The leaderboard ranks players by total credits. Set your handle on the Leaderboard page and it'll appear automatically — no signup required.
How do achievements unlock?
Each achievement has a quiet target (e.g. "win 10 spins"). When you cross the line, you'll see a gold pop-up and a chime. Track your progress on the Achievements page.
What's a "jackpot" if there's no money?
It's the biggest win in the game — three triple-7s — and it triggers a bigger virtual payout, confetti, fanfare and an achievement badge. The prize is the spectacle.
Safety & support
Is the Service for under-18s?
No. Promo Game UK is strictly for adults aged 18 or over.
I'm worried about my play habits — what now?
You're not alone. Visit our Responsible Play page for self-help tools, or speak (free, confidentially) with GamCare on 0808 8020 133.
How do I delete my data?
Clear this site's storage in your browser. To request deletion of any support correspondence we hold, email [email protected].
