Welcome to Promo Game UK. These Terms set out the agreement between you and Promo Game UK Ltd. (Companies House No. 14872903), registered at 27 Crown Lane, London EC2V 8AB ("we", "us", "our") when you use our website, games and related services (together, the "Service"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms — please read them carefully.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally resident in a jurisdiction where social casino entertainment is permitted. The Service is designed primarily for users in the United Kingdom; if you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for local compliance.

2. The Service is for entertainment only

Promo Game UK is a social casino. Everything you spin, win or lose is fictional. Specifically:

• Virtual credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, services or any other thing of value.
• We never accept deposits, never process wagers, and never pay out real-money prizes.
• Skill or luck on the Service does not predict any outcome at real-money gambling.

3. Your account and progress

You are not required to register to play. Where progress is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing it up; we cannot recover progress lost through cleared browser data, lost devices or third-party software.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service; (b) use bots, scrapers or automated tools; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) impersonate others or submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content (including in your leaderboard handle); or (e) use the Service in any way that could harm other players or our reputation.

5. User content

By submitting content (such as a leaderboard handle or a support message), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it solely for operating the Service. We may remove any content that breaches these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All software, artwork, animation, audio, copy and design on the Service are owned by Promo Game UK Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by UK and international IP laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you.

7. Service availability

We aim for the Service to be available 24/7 but may suspend or discontinue any part of it, with or without notice, for maintenance, security or business reasons. We are not liable for any inconvenience this may cause.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly, and material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least seven days. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way we consider harmful.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
